Summary: Romilda likes potions. Oliver likes causing trouble for Death Eaters. Let's see what happens when they tamper with the water supply.
Having taken a potion to change her hair colour to a nondescript mousy brown and wearing a pair of useless glasses that reminded her a little of Harry's, Romilda waited at the designated point for Oliver. Excitement bubbled in the pit of her stomach, along with a healthy dose of nerves. She hadn't really done anything like this before. While she wasn't all mouth and no action, Romilda had largely been keeping her head down and biding her time for the last few months.
Tomorrow was her nineteenth birthday. She shouldn't have been running, shouldn't have been hiding out doing work in Muggle bars. This shouldn't have been her life any more than she should have been part of the Arranged Marriage Programme. A prime candidate for that with her long lineage, Romilda could only imagine what sort of horror she might have been paired with.
A plastic bottle lay in her bag. Though the label might have read Tango, the slightly fizzy orange liquid inside was not something one would want to ingest voluntarily. Especially not in a large quantity. The original plan was to dilute it into the Ministry's water supply, but Romilda was not a plumber. She didn't know about pipes and all that malarkey. But what was the point in having a perfume that made other people rather suggestible if you didn't put it to good use. It hadn't taken much work to follow one of the Magical Maintenance wizards to a somewhat scuzzy pub and get some information out of him. She'd been blonde and bosomy for the occasion, purring her interest at him in a soft Italian accent.
Now, she had a better solution. She had the time that a delivery of water was being made. All she needed was a little time alone with the large water containers between them being unloaded and taken into the Ministry, where they would then get distributed throughout and put into water coolers. On the plus side, there was now no chance it would spread into the Muggle water supply.
She just needed to Oliver to cause a little distraction among the delivery men; Romilda had a feeling that he would be good at that.
