Alex shifted just enough so that he could slip his arm around Daphne as he chuckled a little. “You’re still mostly on lock down, but it’s Malfoy, babe.” He said with a chuckle. “Somehow I doubt he’s going to be a match for your little manipulations. I’ll be disappointed if you don’t have him wrapped around your finger within the month.” Could’ve been worse right? Could’ve gotten stuck with Goyle or Crabbe.
“And I knew about some of it, but only some of it.” He tilted his head slightly before he gave her another smirk. “And no, I’m not going to tell you what I knew about before hand. You’ll just have to figure that bit out on your own. As for Pansy….” He gave another chuckle at that as he shook his head a little bit. “Somehow I doubt she’s enjoying her prize at all. I had her saying how she’s going to be willing to satisfy his every physical desire once they’re married. Tell me, does that sound like little Pansy to you? With someone who isn’t her darling Draco?”
His attention then shifted fully toward Tracey before he lifted his glass to his lips again. The young witch got a frown out of him as he nodded his head. “I heard about your misfortune. Truly sorry about the bastard you got assigned to. He’s…” Alex just shivered as he spoke, as if he couldn’t think about it. “Sorry, babe, I couldn’t do anything about it. You got one of the most sadistic bloody bastards in my order. The things you’re going to have to do to keep him off your case…” Another shiver ran down Alex’s back before he stopped.
