Daphne watched as he walked over to the couch and took a seat. When he kissed her and thanked her, she smiled. She was sly while he was out, doing all this for him. She also found the jacket he wore most often to work and sewed a small heart shaped locket to the sleeve on the inside, the locket holding the smallest possible picture of them dancing at their wedding. He'd always have her heart on his sleeve. She was glad she finally had someone to do nice things for. While she'd always do stuff for Adrian, he never seemed to appreciate it as much.
Daphne laughed. It was strange how she had put that, but it worked. "Rumpelstiltskin fits him, though! He's ... I don't know, but Grim just makes me think of Trelawney and I rather not," she said with a pout, moving the dog so she could lay down in his lap.
"I should probably take your jersey off so it doesn't get dirty. Not much of a present for you if it's on me," she said in a sincere tone. She really should have gone back to change before she played with the dog. She would, but for now, she wanted to be with her men.
