He couldn't say he didn't miss kissing her. If he even attempted to he'd be lying through his teeth and he'd never been really good at lying, so there really wasn't a point. When she pulled away, the pout was instantaneous. Pulling away wasn't something that should be in the agenda. As far as he was concerned, they had spent enough time away from each other.

He was almost tempted for a time turner so he could keep going back to that brief moment where everything was right in the world, but naturally, he couldn't have that. Instead he was trapped in the current moment of dread. What in the world did she have to tell him that couldn't wait until later.
