After leaving her parents' home, she didn't even bother with a sweater like she normally would have in the late evenings, but it wasn't bothering her that it was a bit chilly out. Though once she stood there for a few moments, she did find that there was a bit of nip in the air. No worries, though. She'd be in Harry's arms soon enough and he'd keep her nice and warm. Unless, of course, he was angry with her that she didn't go see him before anything else. He probably thought the worst of what she had done, but she wasn't as bad as a person as everyone thought she was. She wouldn't dare do anything to hurt her husband.
Once he spoke, Daphne smirked. "No, I didn't expect you to listen but I did expect a better greeting than that," she said, standing her ground and grinning some more. Plus, she had a nice surprise waiting for him if he was a good Harry. If being the key word.
Taking in a deep breath, Daphne found herself glad to be home and so close to being in the arms of the love of her life.
