"Yeah that is probably for the best. I should eat better Mum would be appalled with the state of it. Will you help me?" He asked. He laughed. "As long as you think of me as a better person I have no hang-ups." His face grew serious as he told her the next thing. "But your right I need this to be better I could never live with myself if I hurt you."
He walked away from the sad excuse of a kitchen and motioned the girl to follow him. "Here is the sitting room." He pointed to a room with an armchair and a bookshelf overflowing with books. He looked at her sheepishly. "It isn't much. I really need help." He said in mock desperation although he would be very glad when she helped him decorate.
