Dear Participant,

It is in our understanding that you have violated the terms set forth in section 7 of decree
7086, stating that by submitting personal information you are hereby agreeing to the to
the policies set forth by this legislation, which includes the selection and approval of all
designated pairs by the Ministry of Magic, understanding the consequences that arise due
to the violation of this contract, and are thereby agreeing to fulfill all requirements to the
best of your ability.

With the authority given to us by the Ministry of Magic, the CRWM (Committee on the
Regulation of Wizarding Marriages) now fines you a total of 1500 galeons to be be paid in
full by July 21st, 2002. If this violation continues, further measures will be taken.
