It's hard to grasp sometimes, how lives can vanish so quickly, so utterly. I wish I knew how to help, how to make things better. I don't.

I gave blood, I gave money, and then I ran out of ideas.

However, for anyone out there wanting to raise a glass, alcoholic or not, to those who were lost in the explosion, I'll be working at The Portkey in New York, [address], all evening, and the first round will be free. Extra free drinks for those working in emergency services, or who give blood today.
