I'm sure you'll find out soon enough how messed up this world is. It's more messed up than our old world. It shifts you to different realities and different time periods. Sometimes it'll even switch your gender.

I don't know how much you know but before I got here? I was pregnant. With Dean's baby. I was swept up here and I lost the baby. I fell in love with someone else. Then Dean showed up here and I had to tell him all of that.

This past week we were sent to another version of the universe. Only this time I was with Dean and we had our baby. And, I can't really even explain it. But now I don't have it anymore and nothing is ever going to be the same.

This isn't making any sense. I'm sorry.
