Yeah he loves her, especially since he's a gigantic baby and couldn't do anything for himself before he arrived here. (I've heard stories.) But you know what he used to say Mom? Pepper never put up a good enough fight. She WORKED for him and held back a lot. You? Called him on his shit to his face and made him better.

And once again? Aren't I kinda walking proof that he picked you over her when he had the chance?
