Hey everyone!

I'm expanding the hours of my used book store at [address]. From now on, we're open all night on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Tuesday nights are hereby clothing-optional.

Ta, my lovelies!

You must be joking about Tuesday nights.

Not a bit, my dear Mr. Todd!

I assure, however, I run a very civilized establishment.

I'll keep that in mind.

Do. This ain't no hanky-panky place.

How's your business going?

Slowly picking up steam. I've been blessed with incredible good fortune it seems.

Really? That's great, man! Seriously, I'm glad to hear that. Tell me about it?

About business or about the good fortune?

Both, if you want. I've never been a barber before, that'd be novel.

Business is just as business has always been. Bloody and booming, and full of people with stories who haven't the desire to trim their own beards.

The rest of it however -- I feel like singing. I feel like the Fates have finally found me and shined their light upon me. No longer do I feel like a glimmering jewel in amongst a world of dirt. I've someone who sparkles even more brilliantly than I do.

Ooooh, you got yourself a pretty girl? Or guy?

Haven't got one, yet.
But I've met one. She's a pretty thing, yes. And she doesn't shy away from me and doesn't shirk my advances.

Though it might just be a fluke, wishful thinking. I know my vision gets clouded when I wish one thing to be - to the point where I believe that thing IS.

Though she has told me she's fond of me.

Is she also into bloodshed? Recreational or otherwise?

Wouldn't so much say 'into bloodshed', as I would say she's quite proficient at homicide. For her, it was a matter of her own survival.

She must be fascinating.

I'm very happy for you. Everyone should have some source of joy... or at least interest.

I've got plenty of interests and sources of joy.

They're just alternative to the norm.

I should take you to New York City or LA. Or maybe start with Chicago, I don't want to traumatize you any more than immediately necessary.

I've planned a trip to New York this Sunday. If it's anything like London's become, I'll be fine.

Old ones, of all descriptions, some QUITE old indeed, even got funny categories of special-interest volumes describing all manner of archaic languages, religious practices, poetry, and porn.

So pretty much what you'd expect of an old book store.

Just... with a slightly Rocky Horror theme on Tuesdays.

Tuesdays are the doldrums of the week. Every Tuesday could use perking up. Come drop in. Bring anyone who can read. It'll be great.
