Welcome to the insanity. Alternate world, you took over someone's life, yada yada. Here is a [website] that can help bring you up to speed.

Oh and what that guy is saying... this place has some weird things that happen. Namely you end up singing everything, or your clothes melt nude. One of the latest situations before the last time hopping one was men were turning into women and women into men.
