[Private]: No Big Brother to watch me or to love. O'Brien doesn't wish to be around me and even my daughter seems...frightened. Though I suppose it's not me she's scared of so much as him. And now I'm stuck in this bloody house, alone. There isn't even a damn telescreen to keep me company...how do people in this 21st century live in such...solitude? It makes absolutely no sense to me. Being completely alone with ones thoughts is not...as pleasant as people seem to make it out to be.
