Attention to all Pirates!

Captain Jack Sparrow and his motley crew of thieves and scoundrels are looking for a few strong hands to join in an expedition to an island which may not even exist in this particular reality.

If you have any information regarding Shipwreck Cove, the whereabouts of certain maps which could lead us to said island, or would just like to join in on the fun, please leave a message here. I'll respond as soon as possible.

EXPERIENCE NOT NECESSARY BUT DEFINITELY APPRECIATED.

Do you not have the Compass?

Unfortunately, no, we don't.
It be VERY useful at this point. You wouldn't happen to have it, or know where it is, would you?

... Know how that thing gets around and all. S'almost as bad as Jack himself.

Heh, you're probably right about that one.

As a matter of fact I do have the compass. Well, Will does anyways.

I could kiss you for that. And since you and my son have the compass, you're more than welcome to come on this little adventure.

And oh. We're not doing this with motors in our ships. Just won't do, it's like cheating. And not a good sort of piratey cheating, it's just plain wrong.

I've got a ship being built in Florida, but that'll be another four months before she's ready to sail.

You'd have to ask him permission for that one, I'm afraid. But I'd love to. It's god awful being bored and stuck around here.

Well we can't have piratey cheating, that's against the Code.

So when are we going? When your boat's done?

As soon as our crew is assembled, boat or not.

You realize that if Gibbs were here, he'd argue the point of you being on any expedition like this on account of you being a woman. But you're as close to a man as a beautiful specimen of lady can be. So I've no qualms about it. Not only that, but Gibbs isn't here.

... not entirely sure where I was going with that. Good to have you aboard.

Sounds good. I'm sure we can find a boat somewhere.

Good to know you see me as a man.. or man-like. And Gibbs should know the only bad luck aboard a ship is Jack Sparrow. So Gibbs can shove off, even if he was here.

Why thank you, Captain.

Captain nothing. Jack's the captain. I just act as his voice when he's more content with getting ready for the adventure.

Only was Captain the once, and that was no fun.

All right then. Just let me know when you lot are ready to take off.

He's mellowed considerably, I assure you. Though that doesn't speak much for his sanity, really. He may be just as mad, but at least he's not as...

... Twitchy.

Will do, Captain.

Not as twitchy. Right. Well, one can only hope.

And you tell him if he thinks he's hiding the rum, he's got another thing coming.

Humbug, if the load's too heavy, it'll be extraneous garments, OR their owner.

And I won't risk fighting with my son about tossing you off the side of the ship, so in the unlikely situation that we've got to lighten the load, garments first.

Well I don't wear frilly dresses anymore, so I seriously doubt there will be that much extra baggage.

And besides, I'm not the only one with clothes you know.

But that runs the risk of you having to see Jack in not but what God blessed him with. I've no qualms about this, but an honorable lady such as yourself might just be offended.

And we can't risk offense. Heavens no. We're not... you know. Pirates.

Well considering once upon a time we'd all been talking about a foursome, I doubt my highly sensitive sensibilites will be offended.

I'm quite past the point of offense by now.

I still cannot believe my son was consorting with Norrington.

Bloody military.
Not that he wasn't handsome, I give him that, and a man of his word and honor, but he was on the wrong side. Should've gone rogue. He would have liked it, I fathom.

I know.. I tried to tell him. But in the end.. he knew which side he should have chosen.. and.. helped me. So.. I guess that's all I can ask for.

Besides when he showed up before he was more then happy to... go rogue as they say.

I'd imagine so. This place is good for the libido if for nothing else. And frankly, from what I recall of the man, he needed to get laid.

All military did, though. Was more dry than a monastery in the Navy.

Yes, yes it is. And you're right, he .. definitely needed to get laid.

Quite right. I had more sex with him and I was a proper lady.

Anytime, duckie.

Oh, there's no doubt. And it's not as if we won't be able to pay off the authorities if we get into a spot of trouble... though I've got a better use for authorities, if they do manage to catch up to us.

A little pirate in you? As far as I know, you've had more than just a little.

And that's only so far as I know, luv.

'Course you can come with, only on the condition you've got more than just experience in bed, luv. We don't have a schedule that'll allow for training in our particular fields. If you can cook, clean, and mend nets, perhaps.

And you'd be more than welcome, Lady Dutchman. You know the seas better than any map would be able to chart. Assuming they're the same seas in a general sense as the seas you sailed in your own reality. This world seems to be shades different from my own reality, but only in the superficial.

And you'd be a strong, loyal worker, besides.
