THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT.

I NEED A DOCTOR IN LONDON TO HELP MY BROTHER. He can't stop throwing up, and he's got a 102 fever. He's kind of delirious, too. I'll take him to the hospital if I have to, but figured I'd check here first.

Help?

Yikes. Hey, I've got some good fever reducers by way of home remedies if you want, and stuff to calm the stomach.

If you need some rest, let me know, I'll look after him for you if you need a little break on your own. I know how tough it can be when your siblings get sick.
