Bela, I know it can't be easy living with (rather noisy) newlyweds, so I propose this: I want to give you the flat. It's mine outright (well, the person who I replaced), and I'd like to sign it over to you. I can afford a new one with the money I'm making from modeling, and Kon and I would move in there. Of course, it'd be close to you - you're my best friend here.

Kon, baby, would that be okay with you?
