Okay, either this is the best stuff I've ever smoked in my entire life or...

I really am in London, and I really did get sucked up by a tornado. Either way, as long as there isn't any random musical interludes I think I'll be okay.

London's optional.

The musical interludes are obligatory.

sorry man.

Well fuck. You better not expect me to sing. I'll only dance if you pay me.

And you'd better pay me in beer.

If you dance like Pickles, that's optional too. Also if you can kick my ass like Pickles! ...although I kinda doubt that, hee!

You got your ass kicked by a jar of pickles?

Pickles is my husband.

And I kick his ass back.

That's one fucked up nickname.

What ever happened to just calling people by their actual names?

Well, we all call each other by our last names back home.

Only person that ever called me by my first name was a complete cunt. I mean complete cunt. And she called everyone by their first names, except for the foreign guy.

We never did learn that little monkey's real name.

Dude, I'm in LONDON. This is such a trip.

... Wow, like I haven't heard THAT joke a million times before.

I wonder what would happen if I brought two-ton epoxy to Big Ben and squirted it all over the gears.

Apparently, I live in New York. According to my driver's license. I guess I'm on vacation.

Nice to meet you Che, I'm Hyde.

Nah, pretty sure it's just a vacation. I always wanted to travel.

Is Che your real name or just something you picked up along the way?

It's what was on my ID when I got here. Che V. Impala.

I used to have fenders!

I drive a Chevy Impala.

So you traded fenders for funbags? I guess that's a tossup.

... score. What year?

And yeah, I kind of like the tits better. Balance is weird on legs though, even still I'm constantly amazed that people don't fall down more often.

'72. Copper. I got it used from a dad's friend.

Nah, they fall down plenty. My old buddy Kelso used to fall down a lot. Probably still does, I should write to him and ask. Oh.

Oh wait.

Yeah, can't really do that here, huh?

No, not really. I mean, unless he's here too.

I tripped on the floor a lot the first couple days, but I'm used to it now I think, stairs and crap like that still gets me sometimes though.

(Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

[info]modernkerouac
2008-03-30 11:37 pm UTC (link)
Dude, if Kelso could find his way here I'd give him a gold medal for surviving the trip. Or the first five minutes.

Stairs get everybody, man. Don't worry about it too much. If you have a problem with flat surfaces though? You might need to consider a wheelchair, just for your safety.
Or, you know. Not walking.

Man, Impalas look GOOD as people. Just saying. I always thought mine would look kinda like this greasy hairstylist I used to know who always called everybody 'Darling'.
