Okay, good, that's good. Now do it again, same as before, in for ten, hold for two, out for ten. You're somewhere between twelve and thirteen hundred feet above sea level, you need more oxygen in your system than you would at a lower altitude.

Luckily for you, my body's designed for that kind of thing.
