Hi. Uh.

M'names Alma Del Mar Jr, Mark House referred me t'you.

I don't know how to do this other than to go right into it, but I got cancer, Ovarian. Caught it a year ago, still in stage one, did Chemo, an' it's still floatin' 'round in there.

Mark said y'might be able t'help an' m'current doctor is interested in talkin' t'you, if'n y'get a chance, 'bout some. .non-FDA approved treatments he has in mind, not sure if he knows they aint legal, so, uh, y'might wanna let 'im kow if'n he does get hold of you.

Ms Del Mar,

First off, I have been treating cancer patients for many years. I'm flattered that Mark referred you to me, and I would be glad to take a look. Is there any chance you or your current doctor could fax me your records? I'd like tot take a look, see where we are and what we're dealing with. I'd like to meet with you, as well.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Please, if you're a friend of Mark, call me Wilson. Dr Wilson is too formal. Soon as I get your records, we can figure out when to meet.

I'm sure Mark's told you, my hospital was recently destroyed. I suffered a minor injury and I'm currently on crutches until my leg heals. I'm not actively practicing, but if your doctor isn't opposed, I could come out that way and use his office, work with him, on your case.

He did, an' all'a more sayin' since y'hurt, I can come there. 't'aint no trouble, I'll b'able t'see Mark more that way anyhow.
