Since this universe insisted on us giving gifts to strangers (which I find a peculiar custom and one I will merely have to accept on basis of an illogical system), I'm afraid my only recourse was to journey to one of the large marketplaces that seem to have sprouted up in Piccadilly like so many toadstools. One of the shops, a strange black and white themed place, entirely took advantage of my good nature and I'm afraid I bought a good deal more than I would normally spend on such things.
