I have prayed so many times. I have sung songs, and praised the Maker, but I do not know if He can hear me here.

I only wish to serve him, but how can I when I am but one? Do I make my own Chantry?

Is anyone else here feeling cut off from their God?

	I understand what you mean. I was never the most devout, but the Chantry did offer some comfort during the worst of my training. It's strange without it. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	The Chantry is all the comfort I have ever known. I feel lost without it. There are religions here that seem to be almost a parallel to the Chantry, but it isn't the same. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

If I might intrude, Sister, one must carve their own niche here, in regards to the Chantry.

I am bound to at least outwardly be of a faith called Catholicism, but that is because I'm prince of a country whose official religion is Catholicism. I have my altar hidden at home, carved just like the one I remember from Kirkwall. You do not have to hide it, but I do, because it is personal to me. Even my fiancee knows to leave me be at those times.

I believe the Maker hears everyone, everywhere, in whatever language or verbiage they use to speak to Him. Don't lose faith; adapt it. I wish you luck.

	I hadn't thought to make an altar at home. I suppose there could be no harm in it. I do not envy you having to make all of those decisions and put on a show for the public to see in regards to this other faith. I will certainly try, thank you Brother. (Reply to this) (Parent)
