I don't believe in hitting anyone, unless they're threatening the people I care about. Your mom's safe with me, Drew. I promise you, I won't lay a hand on her except to hug her and help her out of cars and silly, lovey-dovey stuff like that. And even if I did, for some strange reason, I have a feeling your mom'd take a chunk out of me before your Papaw even got to it.

	Oh, it does now? Cool. Yeah, you'll like it a lot. If I minded, I wouldn't have offered. My dads always taught me to share what I had, if other people could use it, so I do. 	Sure do. Mama's birday is September the 2nd. She don't like candy, s'you know. Them chalk-letts they sell inna box make her sick.
