My apologies for taking so long to reply to you; things have been extremely busy. However, if your offer to assist in cataloguing the bookshop's worth of materials I've come into still stands, I would be very pleased to have the assistance. Would you please show up at [address] in London to see the collection, and to discuss this further, on perhaps Monday? If that would suit, please let me know.

I wanted to inform you that I've found some shop premises; they're at [address] in London. A pleasant old building, and the Argosy collection has already arrived there. I may have found someone to help me properly catalogue them all, but I had promised you a viewing and a viewing you shall have. I extend the invitation to Miss Henriette and Master Henry on the possible belief that they are as curious (though hopefully not as light-fingered) as their mother, but it need not be accepted if old books are not an interest.

Would you be able to come to the bookshop's new address sometime when it suits your convenience? I've someone I'd like very much to introduce you to.

Between Princess and my acquaintanceship with Mr. Robert Singer, I've been made aware of what you do, or did. A pleasure for a kindred spirit, sir. I realise it may be rude, given our extremely recent meeting, to presume in this way, but I have a favor that your family might be able to assist me with. Is there a member of your family particularly skilled in the knowledge of devil's traps?

Me and Bobby both are pretty good. What's up?

I need someone to verify that I've correctly laid a devil's trap at the door of this new shop. I have enemies of the demonic persuasion, or at least demons who like very much to toy with me. I have significant knowledge upon the subject, but I've recently been ill. A second opinion would be welcome, just to be certain.

... I feel compelled to say that as far as I know, their issues lie with me, and would not place Princess in harm's way, to the best of my knowledge.

Yeah, I can do that, of course.

You're sweet on her, huh.

I will have the trap laid likely by the end of this evening. And Princess did me a very great kindness; she earned my friendship with her kind and generous nature. She is extremely pleasant company.

Dude, call me Dean. Mr. Winchester's my dad.

I'll be over later tonight. Yup. Totally sweet on her. She's pretty, you know.

Noted; I didn't want to presume before being advised.

Have Princess tell you the address. I appreciate your professional expertise.

Oh, good. [Address]. Whatever time is agreeable to you; most of mine will be spent on these premises. The catalogue is enormous.

I may have some assistance already, but if you wish another pair of hands would not go amiss. Please don't feel an obligation, though; most young ladies would not have much interest in a musty old bookshop.

You never told me what you did with the pirates and your other owners. Though now, when I look upon a work done by Da Vinci, I will forever wonder what part you played in it. Nonetheless, touche. Miss Folchart, the librarian, would likely welcome the assistance almost as much as I.

You're kidding, rite? NOBODY is as light-fingered as mum. Well, pops is okay, and Henny's pretty good. And nothing gets lifted except if it's been asked for and paid in advance.

But I might come check it out, old books are cool.

Old books you say? I'll be right over. I kind of got the knack for them from one of my godfathers, Bill Turner, and if you haven't met him yet you'll probably be meeting him soon, he's got old book radar.

I've heard Princess speak of Bill Turner, but I've not met him yet, if ever. I've no objection to anyone coming to have a look, as long as they're not susceptible to a good devil's trap.

I don't think he is, I'll have to double check, but he's not a demon, so, I don't figure he would be.

In any case, you can expect a visit from me, and possibly my husband and/or fiance in the next week or two.

Not as such. I've nothing against the man, I simply want to know what his relation to Princess is. Ward? Family member?

He was ... I believe he was teasing me about harboring some sort of tendre for her.

Oh! Uh, family. Sort of, not by blood. She used to be an enchanted box that adopted him, and there's no way not to make that sound weird, and she just recently became people. Haven't met the person-version yet myself, so, I'd guess sort of brother, in a way.

I knew the box part, don't worry. But I understand now; it makes sense that this Dean would be protective of her. I'll take the joking with a good nature, then; it's only natural he would wish to look out for her, even if she's nothing to fear from me.

I prefer tea, personally. And I own a computer, but it's at my home, so if you require one in the shop, best bring your own. I am not at all used to these machines yet; I'm afraid I may try your patience should I attempt to use one for the shop.

Tea it is. And don't worry about it! I can make you a paper copy of any lists and charts as well, I actually prefer them, but it's easier to track everything on computer, at least at first.

Monday morning, I'll be there with bells on.

A brilliantly practical decision, I assure you. You'd spend your time attempting to teach me how to read the computer screen. Paper suits me infinitely more.

Until then.
