I haven't posted here in forever!

Hey guys, my brother's here now, just so you all know. He'd probably tell you himself but I got here first so, yeah. Ferb.

I reeeeally need to eat breakfast before posting on the internet, this is ridiculously incoherent, even for me.

I dunno, you probably could have been a lot less coherent. Made sense to me.

That would require effort, I think. I'd have to TRY to be more incoherent than that, and I'm surprised I'm even awake enough to type. They really need to look into not scheduling lecture halls this early, especially when they know the majority of the students on campus don't like being up before noon. I should show them the data of that study. We stay up late and wake up late.

So hi, I'm Phineas!

CV, Ceevee, Cunning Velociraaptor, take your pick, they're all me. And yeah, I've already figured out that I'll have to find a Uni that offers night classes, if I even decide to go.

That's a cool name! I think I'll go with CV, if you don't mind.

Oh, there's plenty of online courses, at least at this school, you can take them whenever. I'm sure a lot of other places have similar programs. And you should go to school, if only to say you have furthered your education, no matter what it is. I know they've got BAs for pretty much everything.

Don't mind at all, wouldn't have given you options if I didn't expect you to pick one.

And yeah, they do, and I've got time to figure out what I want to do, if anything. Sole artist in a family of musicians, I can only imagine how that conversation's going to go.

Oh, I wouldn't worry about what they think, so much. After all, if they're family, they'll understand that you're an individual and your tastes don't mean you don't like what they've done, but that you have different aspirations and dreams. I mean, my brother and I are both inventors and scientists, and my mom's a musician, part time, and a homemaker the other half of the time and our dad does... Y'know, I still haven't worked out what our dad does for a living. Some sort of office work, that's for sure.

Maybe that's just his cover.

Are you sure he's not a spy? Or like, head of a super secret society?

Well, he did move from Worchestershire to Danville, which I think is a fairly uncommon move, but that was more for mom than anything. He likes antiques, maybe he's part of a sect of secret antiques dealers, slash spies.

I'm sure we could invent some sort of auto grooming device.

We really should. Something quiet, efficient and compact. I know what we're going to do today after class!

Part and parcel of grooming. We should also make a thing that irons stuff for us.

Mostly that you were the brains of the team and that you could play a mean keyboard. So, I suppose good enough. If he's talked about me, I insist you take it all with a grain of salt, no matter how true it all is.

Something about how you're brilliant as well, and you snowboard. He says you're friends, which is good. I feel a badly about him having been here alone so long.

Nowhere near the brilliance he is, actually. I've never met a guy who could actually recite Pi to its hundredth place - in improvised song no less.

Oh, don't feel too bad, it wasn't your fault that the Vortex caught him, not you. And from how I hear it, he's been being VERY productive. Our prof sent me an email the other day, telling me, practically lauding the work he's been doing in the Robotics class.

In any case, if you need anything - and I do mean the both of you - just let me know.

Just because he's a bit of a mutant doesn't mean you're not brilliant.

Well, still, we're close. We're stepbrothers but best friends too. I must admit, I'm glad we're sharing a dorm room.

We should all go out for coffee sometime after class. Your sister says you snarl, but I don't believe it.

Bah, just because I snarl at her doesn't mean I snarl at everyone. Coffee sounds delightful. I know a nice little shop just off the campus, in fact, has some of the best croissant sandwiches I've had. [address], let me know the when, and I'll be there.
