Apparently, I replaced a local conspiracy theorist. Sheva would find this hilarious.

	Can't say I've ever heard of that. Raccoon City was a place built by the Umbrella Corporation for its employees, ended up becoming a biohazard. Not much ever worked once you got inside. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
