Is it justified to throw a roommate's things out the window if they are a complete slob and you have asked them repeatedly to at least attempt to pick up after themselves?

Depends on how pissed off they'd get afterward. They could throw out your stuff to get back. But really, people should try cleaning a little. My room always was.
