These are very pretty flowers, Meggie, but I thought de plan was to unclutter de office, non?

Et de receptionist is beginning t'suspect they are for me.

I left the purple ones on the side table because they matched the decor, are there more now?

Two on the book shelves, one at de window, et dere's a pot staring at me from de desk.

I wonder if dat annoying client Gigenhaum is allergic to dem. One can only hope...

Well then we'd best leave them around for a while, you know, in the name of science.

I'll get them moved out of the way though, is it still more of the purple ones? Or something else now?

If I could strike de whiny leech down with them, I'd be happy. 'Plant Assisted Manslaughter' would be an easy charge to skate about.

Non, non, same herb. Is more alarming de rate they are appearing. Like bunnies.

Herb, of course, that's why I haven't been able to find it in a wildflower book.

I've no idea what they are, really, besides pretty, and I haven't been able to find them in my wildflower book, I thought it was just because it was out of date.

Of course, I could always just ask the person who's sending them, but finding out is half the fun.

Mm. Pretty certain it's one.

After being involved wit' an elite assassin for so many years, you start recognizing what will kill you and what won't in their flower arrangements.

Ah, playing hard ball, then. Doubted you were de bright and bubbly type.

Right then, I'll check my herb book tomorrow then, see if I can figure it out.

And it's not hardball, as such, I just like figuring things out is all. That and he likes to think he's mysterious and charming.

Sounds bon.

And he sent you a puzzle. I'd give him points for feeding your fancies, but have to take dem back for having to point out he's mysterious.

So it leaves him right back where he started at a 0 balance. That works.
