It's nothing to get worked up over, Maggie. I've burned my hands, and without Resa here to treat them...It will heal in time, I'm sure.

Ah, well in that case, cool water, if you haven't already, but not cold and certainly not ice. Then aloe, or calendula, or an antibacterial burn ointment, one with vitamin E would be best.

I've put ointment on it. It doesn't seem to be helping. I don't know what your mother used to do, but every time I'd fall asleep and by the time I woke up, only my fingers were a little stiff, but the burns were healed.

I don't entirely trust doctors. I've put some ointment on the burns, they will heal in time. You could sit with me, I am nearly certain that will make the time go by faster.
