There is something that I feel more people should know, it goes like this:

You are never, not ever, too old for attempting to catch snowflakes with your tongue.

Oh, I definitely agree with that.

Ah! I'm glad to hear as much, you would be surprised how many people deem themselves too old for such a thing.

Mortals find themselves too old for so many things. Just think, if they all did things they enjoyed as a child? They would be quite a bit happier.

A wise man once said that you don't stop playing because you grow old, but that you grow old because you stop playing.

You, my dear, have a wisdom beyond your apparent years. I am the Cat, Chas if you prefer, Mr. LeChat if you do not.

Shaw was indeed very wise.

Why thank you, Chas. I'm Hedone, or Voluptas as the Romans called me.

Well then, I suppose it is a distinct pleasure, and even an honor to make your acquaintance my dear.

Same to you. Tell me, you wouldn't happen to know any excellent places to catch snow on your tongue would you? I suddenly have the need to do it.

Usually I'd suggest the north side of the Tulgey Wood, but I've yet to find the place here, ah well, I'll have to keep looking I suppose.

In the meantime any public park in the northern hemisphere is like as not a good bet to find some.

Hmmm. I'll look around. I'm in London now, and apparently, part of their royal family. It seems I can't go anywhere without someone following.

I think I might sneak away for a bit. Would you like to come with me?

I think I should quite like that. And the trick to effective sneaking is to firmly believe you know exactly where you're going, and not to go where anyone expects you to be.

I think I can manage that. Where shall we meet?

Well, you're the one with the Royal Family, where would they least expect you to be, you suppose?

Anywhere but here, to be honest. Let's go to Japan. I hear they have excellent snow there.

Ah, there's a portkey near where I am that leads right to Okinawa, which is as good a place as any to start, don't you suppose?

I think that's an excellent starting point. I'll be there in a jiffy.
