I'll make sure that I've got this quite solidly. You were dead, now you're not, and not in the sense that many of the people who come here are? So many of them arrive remembering nothing but death and then this, like a comfortable sleep. I dug myself up through six feet of earth long before I got here. They had the easy ride in death's carriage.

My girlfriend was murdered by a group of corrupt cops. They pinned it on me. I got the chair. Last thing I saw was the scarred arm of the guy that planted the murder weapon in my car. Then something weird happened with the machines regulating the electricity and the mask melted the flesh on my face and left me scarred and very dead.

I came back, killed the ones involved, and then I was supposed to go back to where I belonged and be with Lauren. Doesn't look like that's going to happen.
