	Well, for me it's mostly exercise. I've found that it helps me think. I would've thought that being on stage is a work out in of itself. ..And 'happy' doesn't even begin describe how I feel. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Hmmmm. I should try that. Exactly. And then I come home and eat like I do on the road, but I'm not spending three hours a night performing. Elated? Overjoyed? Ecstatic? All those words make me quite happy myself. (Reply to this) (Parent)
