I've been attempting to loose weight since last November. Not for vanity, but for health sake.

He's the physician I told you about last February, his name is Samuel Morgan.

Good for you! Myself, I find it more difficult to support my less healthy habits when not on tour.

Well, for me it's mostly exercise. I've found that it helps me think.

I would've thought that being on stage is a work out in of itself.

..And 'happy' doesn't even begin describe how I feel.

Exactly. And then I come home and eat like I do on the road, but I'm not spending three hours a night performing.

Elated? Overjoyed? Ecstatic? All those words make me quite happy myself.
