This world will never cease to amaze me.

The technology took long enough to get accustomed to, but... do things always change quite so rapidly? I can barely follow the images that they broadcast. Sometimes, I long for the old ways of conveying news.

I don't know that things change more rapidly, but we're more aware of them. And there's an industry now that's sole purpose is to create news, so things are more often blown out of proportion.

News, constant news, 24 hours a day. And that doesn't even include paparazzi and celebristalking. Information is today's hottest commodity. It's a bit sad.

...Quite. I think things like that are amongst the reasons why papa liked us being in Haworth - nobody ever bothered going there.
