Boyfriend mine, Mia and I went shopping the other day and I bought a dress. I know. Me, in a dress! I'm sure I'm breaking a law somewhere, but I'd like to wear it with a boy to dinner. Do you know one that would ask me out on a date like that?

And Phobos and Deimos are here! I looked out the window of the shrine, and I don't know how, but they're here! Maybe they're different birds, but oh, they're such a comfort to have around.

Writing music is actually pretty easy once you get into the flow of it. That and the other guy's memories... they kind of help.

Still can't play any instruments myself, but I can talk the talk so the real musicians understand what I want.

From the bayous of New Orleans, to the streets of Seattle, not much changes. Still damp all the time, still dark and musty smelling, still surrounded by people.

I think I like it better here, though. Don't have to hide as much, and for once, I'm really free. Or as free as anyone ever can be.

I think that I'm getting better. Of course, having people who won't let me feel sorry for myself helps a bit. And the changes I've gone through are pretty visible. Maybe I'm going to be alright after all.
