I am out of cultists. Though I am loathe to do this, I must take...volunteers. In the interest of full disclosure, I cannot guarantee any mortal volunteers will survive this process.

What process exactly are you looking to engage in?

Sex. I am afflicted, as many others seem to be. However, humans are...incapable of surviving. This is not at all bothersome to me, except that I have now run out of humans that I have claimed, and in my distracted state I am not entirely certain I could tell the difference between a claimed mortal and one I am free to use.

This is why I have to take volunteers.

Oh my. I like you, which is rare, so you should feel lucky.

I'm Styx, river goddess of hatred, and I'm volunteering as I am not mortal and will not die.

I feel appropriately lucky.

That is excellent! The dying has a certain charm, and cleaning my facilities after the mass deatomizations is not very difficult, but it will be nice not to have to do so afterward.

Wonderful. Shall we then? Although, I can't guarantee there won't be a mess of some sort.

I like to think so.

I am afflicted similarly to many other people in the world. I think I have proved to some of my cultists that it is possible to be fucked to death. All of my cultists, actually. Which is where I have discovered a problem.

They appreciated it as best they could. And when I am returned to normal and less distracted, I can focus on putting them back together with ectoplasm. The process will leave them less sane, which I am looking forward to.
