Aphrodite? Henry Tudor, I believe, spoke to you and asked that I be changed to the older version of myself. You did, and said there was a price to be paid.

I hate to ask this of you, but... it didn't work. He's still so young in temperament compared to the "me" that I am now. I love him, and he loves me, but I need to go away... I need to be the girl that I used to be to match the young man that he still is.

I will take whatever consequence or price there is for this, and whatever one there was that you told Henry he would have in his stead.

It's possible, of course. Although you'll both need to learn that age has so very little to do with love.

Your talk of price is interesting. Are you suggesting that you be responsible for both prices? It hardly seems fair for your younger self to have to pay the price for two acts she had little to do with.

Yes, it is. I feel terrible asking this of you, but I'm not sure who else to turn to. I've already talked with Henry about it, too.

It's just that he is so... young in temperament right now. It seems and feels like I've gotten more mature and although parts of our relationship worked better, I realized it couldn't because, well, because he needs to grow up a little. I wouldn't change him myself for the world, of course. I think it's something he needs to learn on his own, which means it's better for us if I'm younger again.

And, yes. He said he would take whatever price was the one you wished for, but I told him no. My decision, so it should be my responsibility for everything.

	That's simply because you must both grow, together. It's part of what makes a relationship work. At an older age you've already gone through the different battles with him, whereas he would not. You see now, perhaps. But Henry would not have seen that before.

As for what price a goddess requires... it generally depends on our mood. It hardly seems fair to extract something terrible... And so I offer you the choice to decide what you wish to pay. Henry owes a favor to be named at a later date - but Henry is not subjecting his younger self to an unknown boon.
