Yes, I'm pouting. It's entirely impossible for me to be hurt by what's going on. It's completely unlikely that I might be an actual person with feelings who might need to talk to someone in person, instead of on a goddamned message board. Heaven forbid I should actually, for one instant, be upset that everyone is either ignoring me completely, or telling me my emotions are meaningless and should be kept under wraps, because we can't upset Sophie.

I wouldn't in my wildest dreams imagine you as emotionless and I wouldn't dare tell you to put your feelings under wraps. Your comment struck me as overly dramatic, as does this whole situation with you and your sisters. I wish we could all act as adults in this house, but it seems nearly impossible. You are hurt and you entitled to your feelings. But until you can talk to me or your sisters rationally, I fear you will accomplish nothing save for more spats with them and vague irritation from me.

Would you enjoy being systematically ignored by someone you loved? On top of all the other bullshit? I'm sorry if I irritate you, but that doesn't change the fact that Sophie is apparently out to hurt me as much as she possibly can, and doing a damn fine job of it. I'm sorry if I took it out on you, but honestly I've been too exhausted for too fucking long to be civil. I'll talk to you when I can hold a decent conversation.

Beside, Sophie does need you more than I do, and anything I'm angsting over is my own damn fault, save that one thing. Which will only be solved when she wants it to be. Given the fact that I had a hand in her boyfriend's death, I would put that sometime in the next month, at least.

I honestly doubt Sophie's intention is to hurt anyone. She is blinded by her pain. How long has it been, Darius? Two weeks? What do you expect from her? It is entirely possible that she isn't thinking of you or me or your sister or anyone but herself and Quentin. Maybe she is simply trying to keep herself from being a shattered child. Maybe she needs your patience instead of whatever this nonsense is.
