This made my day.

Back to being one with myself. It was fun while it lasted. Anyone want to come by the diner for coffee later? I'm on break early in the evening, and would love some company.

Glad I'm not the only one who cackled at that. Just about gave myself a tea sinus-cleanse because of it, really. No coffee for me on account of the bump, who's really more of a blister right now, but I'm good for company all the same, and if you have milkshakes I'm totally there.

You can have up to two cups of regular coffee a day when you're knocked up. Otherwise there wouldn't be a soul alive today.

Milkshakes are good. Know a good place for 'em?

Yeah, and two cups of regular coffee is about a half cup of my coffee. And I need that before I'm even functional, hence, fooling myself with some damn good tea.

I know a couple places, depending on the city.

I'm not picky about locale. Whatever you're in the mood for. I'm not the one at the mercy of random cravings.

So far they aren't as random as I keep hearing, just sudden and insistent, but hey, milkshakes, I'm not going to argue.

There's a little greasy spoon that still hand scoops them at [address], what's a good time for you?

Dieu, just wait. If you have it like I had it, you're gonna be kicking your husband out the door in his underwear for late night curry at least once.

Around noon local time, I work the morning shift. When's good for you?

Oh I've already got people on-call for that. One of them being the future-version of the bump. Which isn't to say that Artan's totally off the hook of course, but, he's at least got a buffer.

Sounds about right to me, should be done with the budget by then and just about ready for some sugar and milk.

Bah. He's got to get used to being bossed around, 'specially since you're having a girl. Might as well break him in now.

Then it's a date!

Two of them are already BFFs, it's hilarious, really. They've already got this good cop/bad cop routine, going on. Right now it makes me laugh, I'm pretty sure in a few weeks it'll make me want to disown them both.

I'll see you there!

I'm glad that Marius was such a mama's boy. And Angie tended to do her own thing.

Not that any of that holds true at the moment.

Sure will!
