Not from there, you'll have to make it in two hops. If you go to the gardens on the Schlossberg, there's a row of rosebushes and a birdfeeder that's a statue of St. Francis. That's the portkey to Milan.
From the Milan portkey you'll walk three blocks east and one block north, should just be at the foot of a bridge there, down under the bridge, beside the canal there's, and I quote 'an interesting bit of graffito' and a small grave marker. The grave marker's the portkey to Sydney.
