Then hire someone to help, Kris. You don't have to do it on your own, and I proved to be worthless. So hire someone, pay them well, and share the burden.

Meanwhile, you should know I have a new student. Someone with the same sort of unique talent I have, only a bit more...sensitive. I'll be working with her, to get her powers under control, since Rurik's interests lie elsewhere, these days.

I'd offer to take a look at the numbers, but that's not really my talent. But, Kris. If you need to hire someone, you need to hire someone. Simple as that. No sense running yourself into the ground.

I'll keep it in mind, but I don't want to overwhelm her right now. She's just landed here, she's got a fire starting hair trigger. I know what she's dealing with because I've been there, I am there. It's not the kind of thing you want to discuss with everyone under the sun.
