I apologize for how late I'm getting this message to you. I ran my genetics team through a test run, just to be sure they understood the procedure. I can say that it was a rousing success. All we need to do is take a small sample of tissue from your nonfunctional kidney, and we can create two new kidneys for you. They will be identical genetic material, so your body will not reject them. For all intents and purposes they will be your kidneys. We will begin the process immediately, and it will take three more days for the kidneys to fully mature.

I'm sure you understand the controversy surrounding the issue, so all I'll say is think hard about what your choice is going to be. I am happy to help, but I would understand entirely if you decide to avoid such a controversial procedure.
