	Behavioral focuses on changing the behavior, mostly through things like classical conditioning or operant conditioning to change the way a person associates things. Cognitive focuses more on the learning aspects and works to change how a person learns. Really it all depends on the problem at hand. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Generally that gets treated with behavioral therapy. A process of very slowly getting the person to associate the thing they fear with something else that's pleasant so they're not scared anymore. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
