Why this isn't your Doctor? Well, to be honest, he isn't a lot of people's Doctor's. He's certainly not mine, but he's still the same man, sort of. He's still The Doctor.
The truth is, no one here knows why we were picked to come here. Not even the Time Lords understand how this universe works since Time Lord past regenerations should not be able to look upon one another and converse, let alone occupy the same time and space without existance imploding upon itself.
