Post guarded against Hermione

I have messed things up, not that its a change, but I need to make them right.

Since I apparently have money now, and she says she loves me, maybe I should ask her properly? Anyone have any advice?

Ask her what, specifically? Out? Marriage?

Out's easy. Asking someone out... well, I guess I'm kind of a hypocrite if it's as simple as just asking. I waited a decade before I asked the girl I liked.

Marriage? That's a tricky question. If you figure that one out, let me know, alright?

well, I decided to do it proper and have a new ring and dinner for her. I hope she likes it...or that I survive it.

I'm probably the last person who should be giving advice right now, but in my experience, you should take into consideration what your girlfriend likes. If she's not the wine and roses type, don't surprise her with a candlelight dinner and singing waiters.

To quote a movie my brother makes me watch endlessly, "Do it from the heart."

Hope that helps.

Okay, so doing it from the heart, does it make up for spilled wine and nearly passing out from nerves?

I'm sure it does, especially if she loves you.

Perhaps the Anonymous Author can provide some inspiration.

Not sure if it helped, but I do have a plan.
