1. your basic running eight miles through a wooded area with ten pounds on your back 2. survival techniques and stealth( not quite like the Rambo movies but you get the idea) 3. hand to hand combat-aimed to possibly kill 4. weapons disarming 5. pain tolerance 6. knife combat ..basically turning anything into a weapon.
