Penny arrived back in what she'd come to consider her room ten minutes before she was due to meet Oliver. A quick glance down at her clothes confirmed that she looked relatively neat in her grey t-shirt and dark coloured jeans. A shot of deodorant and a brush through her curls and Penny felt she looked presentable enough to see an old schoolfriend.
Now came the most agonising part of her meeting; what to pack. A selection of quills in different colours to co-ordinate the themes of her research and a sheaf of parchment in different weights was enough to start with. It was hard not think about the years she'd spent in Hogwarts as she made her way down the stairs towards the Great Hall. Impossible not to remember and grieve for those she'd somehow lost irrevocably.
Penny spotted Olivers figure at the table and it struck her then just how empty the Great Hall was. Putting a smile on her face she strode over to great the Scot. "Always knew you wanted to be a Ravenclaw Ol."
