Oliver pondered what she said about the Ministry separation and found it to be feasible. "If they let us all loose they know they'll never get their hands on us again. The world is too big and there are too few of us. No way they would ever get us all. Then the world would come to an end when we all died off alone because we were too stubborn to do what they asked." They were pretty much screwed either way. He was taking the side of repopulating even though he knew if they had more time it would make things better.
Oliver grinned when she thought his idea was brilliant. "Yes, their magic is different than ours and in some ways, much more advanced. I think it'll work. Only one way to find out." He laughed at her borrowing an Elf comment. "You can borrow all you'd like but they'd never listen to you. I'll just ask Lulu to get what you need. She wont mind." He thought about his Elf and hoped she was enjoying herself here.
"I decided to get her when I got my own place. I can't cook and I'm not home much. She was there to watch the place and to make dinner and the like."
Oliver got to his feet and then moved to the door. "Lulu," he said with his voice slightly elevated, and snapped his fingers. "Come here please." And seconds later the tiny little Elf appeared, a smile on her face. "Yes, master," she said in her squeeky voice. "Lulu, I'd like you to meet Penny," he told her and then raised his arm to point in Penny's direction. "We're going to find out tonight if this is possible."
