Getting engaged, married and having children had all been items on her 5 - 10 year plan but not something Penny had begun to actively address yet and now there was a likelihood that within a year she could be a mother and a wife. Making lists seemed much easier when there was the buffer of a decade or so to plan.
As Oliver told her that other witches, Penny arched an eyebrow. It was pretty obvious that with him being successful in his career that some witches would be attracted to his status rather than him as a person but - he was her friend and she hated the thought of him writing himself off. "I think they might have been attracted to more than the number on your Quidditch jersey Ol."
Her heart rate had begun to steady enough that his statement about trying things with friends caught her off guard and for a moment she looked like a rabbit caught in headlights. "I..ah..umm," Was he asking about his friends in general. "Maybe um a date?" she managed to squeak out through the realisation that there was a tiny little dip in the middle of his lower lip. A small scar from worrying it that Penny had never noticed and had no business noticing. “A date with Al or Hermione could work. Its logical right? To ah, eliminate the other possibilities.”
Alicias comment about other women noticing Oliver was suddenly echoing in her mind and Penny ducked her to hide her blush.
