SUMMARY: The War Orphans Charity Fund has a ball to fundraise for building a new orphanage within Diagon Alley.
NOTES: Ron and Hermione's writers are the only people who have contacted me about creating a conflict during in the ball. Therefore they will be playing out their conflict, and (for now) I will add in several other phantom Underground members to add to the chaos.
