"My hair is not like a rat trap." Her focus was on the mess she was trying to untangle, making her tone distracted more than annoyed - but only by a small margin.
"Stop hitting me." Deb wasn't actually helping though, since she said it as she swatted the blonde back.
"Almost." Teddy would give her hell for it, but there was no way she was going to finish wiping up the tables tonight. She'd been on her feet all night, she just wanted to get home and catch as much sleep before Lily got up for the day as she could. Twisting her hair and the woman's fingers in the process (which she made no attempt to be gentle about) she finally managed to pull free. Her hair didn't look too dissimilar to a rats nest now, but at least they weren't attached now. Deb was counting it as a win.
"Wake up, you can't sleep in here. I gotta leave a quick note, then I'm leaving and you're coming with." As she spoke she stood, leaning over the side of the counter to write a sloppy note for Teddy about not finishing up. He might bitch, but he'd get over it.
